Install ExcelAI and let AI handle your spreadsheet work

Use AI directly in Google Sheets. Write formulas, clean data, generate content, translate in bulk, analyze spreadsheets, and create reports from one simple prompt.

Install ExcelAI

Google Workspace Marketplace

ExcelAI is ready in Google Sheets

After installation, open Google Sheets and look for ExcelAI in the Extensions or add-ons menu. Sign in with your account to start using AI inside your spreadsheet.

If ExcelAI does not appear right away, refresh or reopen Google Sheets, then check Extensions > ExcelAI. Google Workspace users may need an administrator to allow the add-on.

Google Sheets add-on

Work in the sheet sidebar

After installing ExcelAI for Google Sheets, open the sidebar next to your spreadsheet. Use Agent for context-aware help, Bulk Tools for row-by-row automation, and approvals before AI writes changes back.

1

Chat with spreadsheet context

Ask the Agent about the active sheet or selection, generate formulas, summarize data, and continue the conversation without leaving Google Sheets.

2

Run seven Bulk Tools

Use Custom prompt, Translate, Classify, Extract, Generate, Rewrite, and Reformat to process many rows while skipping empty inputs or cells that already contain results.

3

Review before changes are written

When AI wants to edit your sheet, ExcelAI shows the action, target range, and preview so you can approve or reject it before anything is written.

What to try first

Use AI where spreadsheet work actually happens

ExcelAI is built for everyday spreadsheet work: formulas, cleanup, translation, classification, extraction, analysis, and reports.

Write and explain formulas

Describe the calculation you need and get formulas for lookups, conditional logic, date handling, text cleanup, and spreadsheet troubleshooting.

Clean and standardize data

Fix inconsistent names, split text, normalize categories, remove noise, and make messy columns ready for analysis.

Run AI across many rows

Apply prompts to lists of products, leads, reviews, support tickets, or research rows without copying data into a separate AI tool.

Summarize and create reports

Turn tables into summaries, insights, action items, translations, and spreadsheet-ready report text.

What used to take three months can now be done in a few hours.
The time savings alone are worth the price, not to mention the value created.
With only five interns, this work would take two years to finish.
Cheaper than your coffee.
