This is the first release of the ExcelAI Google Sheets add-on.

The add-on runs inside a Google Sheets sidebar and brings two main workflows to your spreadsheet:

Agent: a chat assistant that can use your active sheet and selected range as context, stream answers in real time, and help with formulas, analysis, cleanup, and spreadsheet edits.
Bulk Tools: row-by-row tools for Custom Prompt, Translate, Classify, Extract, Generate, Rewrite, and Reformat.

Agent workflows include:

Google account sign-in from the add-on.
Model selection for Agent conversations.
Active sheet and selection context.
Streaming responses with status updates and usage summaries.
Read-only sheet tools for schema, sheet names, and ranges.
Approval cards before spreadsheet edits are applied.
Edit previews that show the target range and before/after values when available.
Support for creating sheets, inserting or deleting rows and columns, writing values or formulas, clearing ranges, resizing rows or columns, and applying formatting.
Chat sessions, cancellation, history, session usage, and saved user preferences.

Bulk Tools include:

Separate model loading for bulk runs.
Search-capable models for compatible Custom Prompt and Generate workflows.
Batch submission, progress tracking, cancellation, failed-row retry, and writeback retry.
Automatic skipping of empty input rows.
Automatic skipping of output cells that already contain results, helping protect existing spreadsheet work.
Multi-column extraction for structured fields, with safeguards to avoid partial overwrite in a row.

This release focuses on making Google Sheets work easier to automate while keeping spreadsheet edits reviewable before they are written.
